Iconoclasts of Jazz Series: Giant Steps

The Jazz Gallery Center for the Arts’ Iconoclasts of Jazz Series is a partnership between the JGCA, Neil Davis, and Jamie Breiwick featuring the music of individual and collective greats of the genre presented by Milwaukee-area professional musicians and students.

This inaugural event in the series is a musical salute to John Coltrane’s “Giant Steps” album. MKE Youth Symphony Orchestra jazz student Johann Albrecht will be performing “Giant Steps,” followed by performances from other MYSO faculty and students.
